SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for our items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

All international shipments are sent via various couriers depending on location. Once the item leaves the studio, we issue a tracking number. International parcels/boxes normally take between 2-3 days up to 14 days. Any delays in-between, we do not take responsibility. We cannot predict custom delays or any other international issue from our end. Please choose carefully as we strictly do not refund.

PRE - ORDERS

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment.

Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns/refunds for change of mind.

No exchange or refunds on pre orders.

JOHN AZZI will ONLY offer an exchange service to the size of the garment minus postage and handling on all full priced items if we are notified for a request to exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Item must be returned by mail postmarked within 2 days of receiving the item. We do not accepted items for exchange if item is postmarked past the 2-day deadline.

Please note that once production has started on your pre-ordered garment, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

CUSTOM MADE / BESPOKE ORDERS (including bridal)

All custom-made orders are final. No exchange. No refund.

JOHN AZZI will endeavour to work with you to ensure a smooth design process.

Tweaks and slight changes can happen up to the 2nd and final fitting. After this no further adjustments will be accepted.

Custom orders are created based on clients request. Therefore there are strictly no refunds for change of mind.
